Changing the Email Reply From Address

Learn how to configure the Reply From address in Engage to ensure your customers receive emails from relevant and understandable addresses.

When your Agents send emails via Engage, they can be configured to be sent from different email addresses (and names), depending on the Workflow via which the Contact is routed.

This will ensure that when your customer receives the email, it comes from a relevant and understandable email address.

How to configure the Reply From address

  1. Login to Engage as an Admin
  2. Navigate to the Settings page
  3. Select the Workflows tab
  4. On the relevant Workflow, click the Edit Workflow button
  5. Scroll down to the General Email Settings section
  6. Set the Reply From Email Address
  7. Set the Reply From Name
  8. Click to Save the Workflow
