Customers often have a need to send all email communications to a specified email address.
As an example, you may want to send emails to qa@localmeasure.com so that you can perform quality checks on emails that are sent by your Agents.
In Engage, you can configure an Automatic BCC, which ensures that any relevant emails are sent to the email address by default - an Agent will not have to manually add the email address.
How to configure an Automatic BCC
Automatic BCCs are configured within Workflows. This enables you to select which type of email Contacts should include a Automatic BCC.
- In Engage, navigate to Settings
- Select the Workflows tab
- Click the Edit Workflow button for the relevant Workflow
- Scroll down to the General Email Settings section
- Add an email to the Automatic BCC field
- Click the Save Workflow button
