Color Theming

Learn how to change the logo, sidebar colors, and login screen colors in Engage for Amazon Connect

Color theming within Engage allows you to customize the colors and logo of your desktop. You will need Administrator access in order to configure these changes.

Where to access color theming

To access the Administrator settings in Engage for Amazon Connect, click on the cogs icon on the left-hand side of the screen.

Under the General Settings tab, scroll down until you see Color Theming.

Customizing your Engage desktop

You can change the logo displayed in the top left corner by clicking on the black Upload New Logo button and selecting your new logo. Please note the uploaded logo needs to be in the format of JPG, GIF, PNG or SVG and can have a maximum size of 2MB.


The sidebar’s background and icon color can be changed too. Either enter the color’s hexadecimal code in the textbox or click on the color swatch next to it to pick your color.

Next click on Save and apply theme, your new logo and chosen colors will now appear in the sidebar on the left-hand side of the screen.


You can also customize the logo and color displayed on your login page. Scroll down to the Login screen section and click on Upload New Logo. To change the login screen’s background color either enter the color’s hexadecimal code in the textbox or click on the color swatch next to it to pick your color.

Select Save and apply theme to save your changes.

To revert back to the original settings, simply click on Use default theme next to the Save and apply theme button.
