Agents can now schedule tasks

Engage now allows customers to schedule tasks, up-to six days in the future to follow-up on customer issues when promised. For example, to call a customer back on a particular date/time to provide a status update on their issue or to follow up with an internal team for progress updates on a customer service issue.

When you create a task in Engage, you will see options to schedule the task under Schedule this task. You can configure:

  • Day
  • Time
  • Timezone

A task can only be scheduled up to 6 days in the future. (The total duration of a task can be up to 7 days).
