Big Update to Settings for Administrators

We’ve updated a number of product features across Engage. To access these feature, you need to be set up as an Admin.

General Settings

  • Added quick links to Connect Dashboard and AWS Console.
  • Added Diagnostic Checks to flag common setup and connections issues. Users can now download logs to help technical support debug and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Added Diagnostic Tools that lets you see the status of Local Measure Features (and will prompt you if a Cloudformation Update is required).

Channel Settings

  • Users can now configure their own SMS and Whatsapp channels.
  • Added the ability to edit main entry point contact flow (previously this required a CloudFormation update).


  • Enhanced Personalisation Token support (access all contact and profile attributes)
