Standard attributes are great for giving agents context about the contact they are handling. But sometimes you need to callout specific information that cant be missed. This release includes three big little changes to give more flexibility and control.
Label and Panel Attributes
These Attributes can be customised to use different color themes and icons. Label Attributes are great for short pieces information such as Status. Panel Attributes are great for longer information that needs to be over multiple lines and needs more formatting.

Open Utilities with Buttons
Until today, Button attributes could be used to open an external website. Now you can use buttons to open a Utility directly within Engage.
