Knowledge Base with Amazon Connect Wisdom is now generally available

Engage Knowledge Base now supports Amazon Connect Wisdom.  Amazon Connect Wisdom delivers agents the information they need, reducing the time spent searching for answers.

Knowledge Base with Amazon Connect provides:

  • Agents with articles while they are on a contact, meaning they don't have to switch between apps while talking to a customer
  • Real-time Next Best Action suggestions for voice (powered by Contact Lens) and chat (powered by Local Measure)
  • No-code connectors for Salesforce and ServiceNow
  • Support for custom data sources via Wisdom API
