Resolution Code Queue Restriction

Admins can specify Queue Restriction on top-level categories. Once selected, this category (and any codes or sub-categories) will only appear to agents that have any of these queues in their current Routing Profile.

Note about Exports

With the release of the Queue Restriction support for Resolution Codes, Admins can now choose to import or export the whole structure (Global) or only a single top-level category (Local).
