Support for Customer Avatars

Connect admins can now setup avatars for contacts and customers.

The avatar can be set via a contact attribute or a profile attribute: avatar

The contact attribute will take precedence over the profile attribute so you could have specific avatars for different calls eg. showing the company or division logo instead of the customer photo.

If an avatar is set on the contact, that value will be automatically added to a new profile (but it wont update an existing profile)
