Email Attachments

Learn how to enable and use email attachments in Cloud Formation Template

To use Email Attachments, you must be on Cloud Formation Template v5.49.1 (or later).

Only users with Admin rights can access Settings

  1. Navigate to Workflows (Settings -> Workflows)
  2. Find the relevant Workflow and click the Edit workflow button
  3. Scroll down to the General Email Settings section
  4. Set the value for Email attachments
  5. Allow - allows Agents to add files as attachments in emails
  6. Disable - does not allow Agents to add files as attachments in emails

How to add attachments to emails

  1. When on an Email contact, click the attachment icon
  2. Drag and drop the required file, or click the on browse for file button

Note that SES does not support the files types listed here.
