To use Email Attachments, you must be on Cloud Formation Template v5.49.1 (or later).
Only users with Admin rights can access Settings

- Navigate to Workflows (Settings -> Workflows)
- Find the relevant Workflow and click the Edit workflow button
- Scroll down to the General Email Settings section
- Set the value for Email attachments
- Allow - allows Agents to add files as attachments in emails
- Disable - does not allow Agents to add files as attachments in emails
How to add attachments to emails
- When on an Email contact, click the attachment icon
- Drag and drop the required file, or click the on browse for file button
