When agents are done for the day, they must set their status to offline and logout of Engage.
At the end of the shift, make sure you have changed your status to Offline so that no incoming calls or chats come through.
To set yourself to Offline, select the status from the dropdown.

End of the day, you MUST log out of Engage.
To logout, click on the Logout button. You will be presented with the screen below. To finish, click on the Yes, Logout button.
