The language setting is used to control the following:
- The language displayed throughout the Engage UI
- The date formats displayed throughout the Engage UI
- The language used by Smart Tools to perform grammar checks, lengthen and shorten messages
[.callout-primary--info]Agent Settings are controlled by the Agent, and are specific to an Agent. Any changes made to Agent Settings apply only to the individual Agent.[.callout-primary--info]
To change your Language setting:
- Click the Agent Settings button, on the bottom left of Engage
- Open the Language dropdown
- Select the relevant language
- Click the Save button, on the bottom right of Engage
