What is the Smart Composer?
Smart Composer is a set of tools that Agents can use to supercharge the messages they send to your customers.
Smart Composer uses Generative AI to perform spelling and grammar checks, shorten or lengthen a message at the request of an Agent.
Smart Composer aims to improve the quality of messages sent to your customers.
How to set up Smart Notes
Prerequisites
Prior to using Smart Composer, you will need to ensure your AI Integration is configured in Engage.
Channel Availability
Smart Composer tools are available on text based channels.
Smart Composer is not relevant to Voice contacts.
How to configure Smart Notes in Engage Workflows
- Navigate to Engage Settings page
- Select the Workflows tab
- Navigate to the relevant Workflow (you may only have the default workflow configured)
- Click the Edit workflow button
- Scroll down to the Smart Tools section
- Ensure the Smart Composer setting is set to Allow spelling and grammar checks
- Ensure the Locale is set to the relevant option for your Agents
