Local Measure Engage contains an 'Admin' settings page, which allows users to make configuration changes to a variety of aspects such as resolution codes, snippets, workflows and much more. Due to the nature of this page, and the ability it provides to make breaking changes, access to this page is restricted to users with the relevant access privileges.
Access to Admin settings in Engage is controlled via a Cognito Group. Users in the correct Cognito group will acquire access to these settings.
Instructions
To add a user to the relevant Cognito groups, first navigate to the relevant Cognito userpool.
Select the 'Groups' tab and then click into the 'LM-Admin' group. This group was created by CloudFormation.

On the resulting screen, click 'Add user to group'

Select a user from the list and click 'Add'. Note: When using SSO, users are created automatically the first time they log in. This implies that, in this scenario, a user will have to log into Engage at least once before they can be configured as an admin.

If the user is already logged into Engage they can now refresh their browser and should see a new icon on the left hand side of Engage as outlined below. Alternatively, when next they log in they will see the new settings cog.
